The M7 is part of the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education for Alternative Medicine Practitioners. Together with the OdA AM certificate, it is one of the requirements for admission to the HFP.
During the mentorship, you are guided by an accredited OdA AM mentor. The focus is on applying, reflecting on, and further developing the knowledge and skills you acquired during your training. Your own clinical cases, decision-making processes, and professional development are at the core of the program.
The mentorship is designed to help you gain confidence, deepen your diagnostic understanding, and gradually grow into an independent and competent practitioner.
The goal of the M7 mentorship is to support you on your journey toward becoming a confident and competent practitioner of Chinese medicine. You will gain greater clarity in diagnosis, deepen your understanding of underlying patterns, and develop the confidence to make well-founded and independent clinical decisions.
I am a general practitioner of Chinese medicine, but my areas of clinical focus are:
• The Perimenopause and Menopausal Transition
• Auto-Immune Diseases
• Digestive Health
• Chinese Herbal Medicine
• Classical Chinese Medicine
Classical Chinese medicine honors the ancient roots of Chinese healing by viewing each individual as a whole: integrating body, mind, and spirit.
A key component is working with the five-meridian system. This includes the tendinomuscular channels, Luo vessels, primary channels, divergent channels, and the eight extraordinary vessels. These different layers of the body allow for a deeper therapeutic approach that not only addresses physical symptoms but also considers underlying emotional patterns and energetic dynamics.
